For any personalized decorations or special requirements, the client is responsible for organizing and covering all associated expenses If specific arrangements are needed, they can be facilitated with an additional service charge invoiced to the client

3.5% Processing Fee for Credit Card Payments

Linen Cost Billed to Client

Clients will be charged a fee ($5 per person) for outside food.

All alcohol must be purchased from Blue Mash Golf Course per our liquor license.

$1,000 deposit required 30 days prior to the event.

The Clubhouse is available for events after 6 PM. Setup can begin one hour prior.
