At Tepetonka, both the 18-hole course and the par-3 course are being unveiled more through discovery than design. Guided by a philosophy of minimal disturbance and maximal respect for the natural terrain, the team at OCM Golf led by the renowned Geoff Ogilvy, Mike Cocking, and Ashley Mead—is carefully shaping these courses to naturally fit the land's contours and features. This method ensures that each course feels like an inherent part of the landscape, providing a playing experience that is both challenging and seamlessly integrated with its surroundings.

WHAT ARE THE ANNUAL FEES?
The annual fees for golf days are reset each year, based on the previous year's performance and the upcoming forecast. To keep total cost of ownership at a high value, the club will not pay dividends, as it will reinvest excess cash flow into improvements, repairs, and prudent reserves. The 25 golf days will be $7,500 for 2026, payable on November 1, 2025.
