The Fitness Centre at Kempinski The Spa features innovative Technogym equipment (treadmills, bicycles and an elliptical trainer) to support our hotel guests and members to stay in perfect shape and keep up with their exercise routine while staying with us.
Switch off from everyday life in our Day Spa Oasis and enjoy the calm atmosphere in the middle of a bustling city. Have a swim in our heated indoor pool equipped with a counter current system, relax on the loungers next to the pool or detoxify in the sauna afterwards.
Whether it is body toning, intense fitness, cardio training or muscle building you are after, you will find all the necessary equipment in our gym, which offers splendid views overlooking Fashion Street.
The Day Spa Experience is also available for non-resident guests. Advance reservations are recommended due to limited space, and prepayment is required.

Spa Etiquette The spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other guests. We kindly request that you refrain from using mobile phones, laptops, cameras and other electronic devices while enjoying the Spa. No photographs, videos or other social media recordings are allowed inside our spa facilities. It is recommended that you leave all valuables in the safe in your guest room. The spa does not assume liability for any valuables. ATTIRE We would require you during your Spa visit to attire comfortably, wearing robes and slippers. Disposable undergarments will be provided for the treatments.
GIFT CERTIFICATES Our gift certificates make a wonderful gift for any special occasion. Please inquire with our spa reception for details and how to make a purchase.
HEALTH CONCERNS Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries immediately.
MINIMUM AGE The minimum age is 16 for treatments and to use the facilities (sauna, steam room, gym etc.). Guests under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult and may use the pool from 9:00-18:00.
SPA EXPERIENCE To make the most of your spa experience and support the benefits of your treatment, we recommend you arrive an hour before your scheduled visit so you can experience our Wellness area, which will maximise the benefit of your treatment. For your convenience, the spa will provide towels, slippers, shower caps and all other amenities required for use during your visit. During all experiences, you will be properly draped for privacy. RESERVATIONS Booking in advance is highly recommended to ensure preferred times are available. The spa provides walk-in bookings when availability permits. You should plan to arrive an hour before your scheduled visit so you can experience our Wellness area, which will maximise the benefit of your treatment. To make a booking, please call the spa reception from your guest room by pressing the spa button. PREGNANCY Please allow us to assist you in selecting suitable services for this special time. We recommend that you check with your doctor first.
LATENESS & CANCELLATION POLICY Please be aware that your late arrival may result in a reduction of treatment time as a courtesy to our next guest. With less than twenty-four hours’ notice or in case of no show without cancellation you will be charged the full price of your treatment. FITNESS All equipment in the fitness room may be used at your own risk. The hotel will not assume liability for damages or injuries caused by inappropriate use of equipment. A First-Aid kit is available at the Spa reception. For the fitness room we require you to wear trainers and appropriate sports outfit. REFUSAL OF ADMISSION Persons under the influence of alcohol or other substances may not be admitted. No pets allowed.
