They specialize in helping students narrow down a potential major while paying attention to the core courses you will need for graduation. HOUSING The secret is out that living on campus in your first year improves your likelihood for success in college and beyond. Living on campus makes it easier to meet people, helps you transition from high school to college, and can actually help you achieve academic success and graduate on time. Along the way, you can also enjoy your privacy since all residents enjoy their own bedrooms. Beginning Fall Semester 2015, Kennesaw State will require all traditional, full-time, first-year students to live on campus.* Some exceptions exist, such as if you live at home with your parents. All Kennesaw State students will purchase a meal plan, but you have options based upon your class standing and commuter/ resident status. Each entry allows you to eat all that you want! Dining Dollars are included with each plan and can be used at other eateries across campus. Want more? You can always upgrade your plan or add money à la carte to your student card to satisfy your hunger. After the consolidation with Southern Polytechnic State University, students will have options to dine on both campuses.
