Following the recent telephone interview conducted with me by Dan Stephens, I was impressed by the way in which the article focused on the key elements of what I was trying to convey and communicated them in an easy and accessible style, whilst at the same time conveying the importance and relevance of the topic to your readership. I write to thank you for producing the Feature Article on Nationwide Property Services department in your September issue.

Your Feature Manager Kenneth Booth was very helpful and professional in the preparation of the article and I was very pleased with the quality, look and feel of both the finished magazine article and the separate brochure that was produced.

Whilst the initial intention was to focus on maintenance the skills employed to include the wider cross section of activities that Property Services and other departments in Nationwide are heavily involved in, I feel resulted in a very informative and well produced document.
