COMMON PROBLEMS
BROKEN KNUCKLES
BROKEN KNUCKLES The knuckle breaking is one of the more common injuries that lighting fixtures face. Historically, you have to replace the entire fixture, or send it back to the manufacturer for repair. LTLS is the first company to have a replaceable knuckle. No more spending money on a new fixture or sending it for repair, LTLS saves you time and money by making the knuckle replaceable.
DIRTY & BROKEN LENSES
EASY STAKE REPLACEMENT
CRACKED LENSES
WOUNDED STAKES
It is almost guaranteed that over time lenses will build up calcium or debris that will hinder the lights performance. Much of this is caused by flat lenses that allow things to accumulate, and ultimately block the beam spread. LTLS uses a convex lens that draws moisture away thus slowing the corrosion process.
Ground stakes by far are the most common victims on a light fixture. They get kicked, ran over, hit by the gardener, and a variety of other ways. The normal process is that the line has to get cut in order to replace the stake. After you replace the stake, you then have to tie the wires back together, then put a stake in the ground. These additional wire connections are a new point of failure.
