Alpha Achievers compete at high levels on wrestling team Submitted by Bro. David Campbell.
One of KPL’s Alpha Achievers, Sebastian Ames, a senior at River Hill High School (Clarksville, MD) finished in second-place in the 170-pound weight class in the Howard County Wrestling Tournament. Because of his second-place finish, Ames qualified to compete in the state tournament on March 8. Additionally, this young man was born with a medical condition that resulted in him having very little muscle strength in his left arm. Also note, River Hill recently won the Howard County Wrestling Tournament Championship. There are three Alpha Achievers on the wrestling team. Congratulations to each young man!
