Conclusions of the Personal Wellbeing Weather Report In a statistically relevant survey, 75% of UK adults would sit within the zones of stress or susceptibility for addressing personal wellbeing meaning that 3 out of 4 people are at risk when it comes to how connected they feel on the subject of their wellbeing. Trusted relationships and connections are the foundations of wellbeing and this makes for really worrying reading.
18.8% of respondents using language suggesting deep stress corresponds with 19% of respondents scoring themselves a minus-5 and deeply in the greyscale. This is a worse score than the UK NETT Scores for workplace wellbeing and included within this survey are all people whether employed or not and would indicate that the workplace is becoming an important place for enhancing personal wellbeing.
Overall, the scores for personal wellbeing and financial wellbeing are very closely correlated and would indicate a close link between these two areas of wellbeing. There is nearly twice the positive 'growth' language exhibited for personal wellbeing, than there is for financial wellbeing, which most likely reflects the more complex manner of self-managing the finances. The deep stress indicators do suggest that severe personal un-wellbeing and severe financial un-wellbeing are correlated.
