CEED - Cultural Envoy for Exchange Development It is a chance to work and live in another culture and country, immersing yourself into the AIESEC entity by working for them. In another words you will be able not only work in your project, but also involve in another AIESEC department to learn new things and bring your contribution to development of AIESEC HCMC SO: MORE LEARNINGS! MORE FUN! MORE NEW FRIENDS! MORE INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE
CEEDer Job Descriptions • Support LCVP/ OCP in team management and development • Support LCVP/ OCP in project development • Providing GCPs/ BCPs from own country to develop the processes of AIESEC HCMC (Selection, matching, marketing etc) • Support in raising LC-LC partnership with own country (both in incoming and outgoing Exchange) • Deliver training for local members, EPs and Interns • Participate in LC’s promotional campaigns • Evaluate and report after CEEDership
CEEDer’s Profile • At least one year experience within AIESEC • Exchange experience (VP preferred) • Excellent English language skills • Knowledge of XPPs, new customer flow • Innovation • Presentation and Facilitating skills
Measures of Success • # of EPs raised and matched • # of interviews done • # of TNs matched and realized • # of LC2LC partnerships raised • # of promotional activities and meetings attended • # of local members received trainings
