About Tomorrow ASEAN Project Tomorrow ASEAN is a brand new project for university and college students run by AIESEC in Ho Chi Minh City. The objective of the project is to build a platform where youths from ASEAN countries can collaborate and discuss our region’s most pressing issues. With a series of knowledge and cultural exchange activities for students to research on regional addressed problems including workshops, group discussions, debates and a conference based on the Model United Nations (MUN), we aim to enhance students in Ho Chi Minh City with information and understanding of the three ASEAN communities. In this first season of the project, the content will be focused on the coming ASEAN Economic Community in 2015 (AEC 2015), expecting the opportunities and challenges for every member country and how we – the next generation of ASEAN leaders – take the advantage from them.

Job Descriptions 1.
Design and develop content for mini workshop about ASEAN Community together with your colleagues: interns from ASEAN countries (EPs) and project management team (OCs) 2. Deliver interactive workshop activities to local students based on topics about ASEAN Community 3. Design content and organize weekend events together with your colleagues 4. Ensure attendees’ awareness and understanding about ASEAN Community Vision by tasks, tests, workshop activities, and constant communication – Number of mini workshop: 4 - 6 (workshops) – Duration of each mini workshop: 2 - 2.5 (hours) – Number of weekend event: 3 - 4 (events) – Number of attendees: around 30 local students
Job Descriptions 5. Engage in project's promotion and delegation – Participate in LC activities: orientation day, local committee meetings (especially for AIESECer EPs), project’s team meetings, promotion activities
6. Represent your culture to Vietnamese youth: project participants, AIESEC members, participants of other AIESEC activities 7. Fill in AIESEC Global Community Development Program Feedback Survey 2 times and leave your comments: after matched status, and back to home country after the traineeship 8. Additional activities: – NGO/NPO engagement, teaching English and organizing events for children at shelters – Cultural exchange activities for Vietnamese youth.
