Chocolate Chip Cookies

For all the little chefs out there, how about some delicious cookies? This is one of the easiest recipes you can do while staying at home!

You will need: • • • • • • • •

200g unsalted butter 1 cup of brown sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 200 g chocolate chips or M&Ms

Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius 2. Place all your ingredients in a mixer except for the chocolate chips and mix together for 3-5 minutes. 3. Divide the cookie dough into two parts. I added the chocolate chips into one part and M&Ms into the other part. 4. On a tray with wax paper roll the cookie dough into balls. Don’t forget to leave even spaces between the cookie as they will spread in the oven! 5. Place your tray of cookies in the middle of your oven and leave to bake for 8-10 minutes. 6. Leave the cookies to cool on a cooling rack for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
