Support
Lupus
Our goal: to raise awareness, advocate for the unspoken voices of lupus, raise money to alleviate the pain, and more importantly, to give hope. There is no known cure. Made in honor of our cousin Darozyl, who has lupus, The Squirtle Squad has been on a mission to fight lupus. Since 2013, we have annually participated in the Lupus Foundation of America’s Walk to End Lupus Now, in hopes Darozyl can lead a pain free life. She has been an inspiration and for all of us, a go-to person. –Ammara Touchh P.S. She is also selling flower clips and bracelets.

Don’t be
"I Just wanted to tell you that your DCM today was very eye opening and I am very glad to have the opportunity to have gone. There's something about James (past LTG who came) that just makes me want to get up and serve my club 200% more better than I have before. Looking back I take back the thing I said about it being slow. During those times I really got to meet some great people and that's what was fun for me. Your workshops/activities were fun and well laid out. I think I'll be stealing your silent circle activity for my own home club, it was really something genuinely sincere and refreshing to experience. All set and done today's retreat in my book got an A+. Keep up the good work I'll come to Seattle rally as a dragon hopefully!“

The Kiwanis DCM is once a month on Mondays in Kent for Kiwanis of division 32 and 33. At this meeting, Andrea and I were asked to present our experience at ICON because we were sponsored by our Kiwanis clubs. We shared stories of goofy adventures and also everything we learned to be a stronger LTG. We even wrote thank you notes and afterwards shared information on the ELEMONate Challenge. The Kiwanis were excited to participate and raised over $100 that one night.
