Custom Fit
CUSTOMIZE YOUR LIFE Have you ever noticed that things that claim to be ‘one size fits all’ never really fit anyone? Education is no different. Which is why Kettering University offers you a wide selection of minors, concentrations and specialties -- to make the Perfect Fit happen for you.
OUR MINORS, CONCENTRATIONS, SPECIALTIES AND MORE ALLOW YOU TO CUSTOM FIT YOUR EDUCATION TO YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS. IT’S JUST ANOTHER WAY KETTERING SETS YOU UP FOR SUCCESS.
Say you want to become an engineer, but have a passion for history. Or computer science is your thing, but you yearn to learn about economics. This is where minors, concentrations and specialties come in. But what’s the difference between a minor, a concentration and a specialty? A minor is a set of
courses outside of your major, while concentrations or specialties are a set of courses within your degree program – allowing you to drill deeper and prepare to be an expert. For those who can’t quite decide between two majors, we offer several dual degree programs. And for those students who are ready to get even more massively ahead of the game, we also offer a dual Bachelor’s/Master’s degree program. Whatever path you choose, you can rest assured that it’s the right path for you – because you designed it that way!
