The mind is therefore like software, allowing a variety of different software programs: to run. The mind with a constant barrage of endless thoughts, ideas, concepts, meanings, memories, plans, apprehensions, doubts, repetitions, and nonsense verses.

What is the mind?

Knowledge about the Introspection, forMind example, you might explore the nature of your beliefs and feelings, or why you choose one course of action over another. A second source of knowledge about the mind is our Behavior: how we act tells us much about what we're thinking or feeling. What we infer from your behavior might not always be accurate: you might cry because you're happy, or smile to hide your sadness

Consciousness Consciousness is that which you lose when you fall into a deep dreamless sleep, and that which you gain when you wake up again. The perception of what passes in a person’s own mind. sometimes consciousness is directed outward towards our environment, as when I look out the window at birds flying by. At other moments it is directed inward, and this is called self-awareness. Self-awareness involves an awareness of what my body is doing, such as being aware of

Relationship between body, mind and spirit It has been found that the body has no way of experiencing itself; the body is experienced in mind only. The body expresses that which is held in mind. The mind cannot experience itself, either; it has to be experienced from an even greater energy field, which is called consciousness. A human being progresses from dense linear form to an ever-expanding and increasing nonlinear form

The nature of the mind

The mind is primarily concerned with its own moment-tomoment operation with the control of the next instant. The mind can never find the solution, nor can it afford to allow you to find the solution, because it is itself an intrinsic part of the "problem."

WHY IS THE MIND ALWAYS THINKING? The mind gains satisfaction from its musings and thought processing .The natural tendency of the mind is to be restless and constantly thinking. Thoughts are the like clouds drifting through the sky. Like the clouds, they are not permanent.

How to make the mind think less? Like the body, the mind is not one’s real self. It has thoughts, but these thoughts are not a product of the self. Even if the person does not want a mind, they have one anyway. Try to tire your brain out with the things that you like or feel are important like your work or studies or anything else that you feel like and then it will not get enough time to think about what you feel useless, its as simple as that. It will take some time and effort from your side but it will happen sooner or later.

OPINION All opinions are vanities with no intrinsic value and are actually the result of ignorance.Â

What is the ego?

The ego is the part of personality that helps us deal with reality by mediating between the demands of the id, superego, and the environment.

Why we created this ego?

How does the attitude of the ego toward life? Multitude of emotions going on in the different circumstances of emotion if we just put her on I. The emotional state which is rarely happy, happy for what I am arrogant, greedy you know never stops. When it has been satisfied and pampered, the more forward higher satisfaction. When not met its desired it into the mire of misery, inferiority, jealousy, selfishness, hatred, anger ..

How is a person’s attitude toward life if he/she fires the ego?

The person normally act like people with emotion levels of neutrality, willingness, acceptance and unconditional love. By knowing eliminate ego, jobs will become more perfect charity, and vice versa, through the charity that ego is to eradicate more quickly.

What are the implications? They sacrifice the ego to asking for the list price, benefit least. The ego’s hold is weakened by acceptance, familiarity, and compassionate understanding; in contrast, it is reinforced by condemnation, fear, and shame.
