We can also send you a full itinerary for any holiday you may be interested in. If we have availability, we can hold rooms for you on request with no obligation for 7 days. • Confirming your booking with us If you book a day trip with us then we would like you to pay for this at the time of booking. This is non-refundable, however, we are flexible and if you would like a friend to take your place then you can change the name on your booking free of charge, simply call us to let us know. To confirm your holiday booking we require a £50 per person deposit which can be paid by cash, cheque, credit or debit card either in person at our office or over the telephone. You can also pay via BACS through your bank. If you are making your booking on-line then you can pay direct through our secure website. There is no charge for using either your debit or credit card with us. Please be assured that your card details are secure and we hold no copy of these details once your payment has been processed and authorised. We have a network of local pick-up points for our holidays, taking you straight to meet the coach then we’ll be on our way – really easy and we won’t leave you on the coach or on one of our smaller pick up vehicles for long. • Get ready to go! The balance on our coach holidays is payable 8 weeks before your departure date. The amount and due date is detailed when you confirm your booking. Don’t worry if you forget, we will call to remind you.

luggage labels, pick up time and location, the contact details of your Tour Manager (which we advise you to keep safe in case of an emergency) and any extra information regarding your holiday.

Whilst you are away with us on holiday All our holidays are fully escorted by one of our experienced Tour Managers. Their role, along with our professional driving team, is to make your holiday as enjoyable and memorable as possible. We will provide you with water and sweets on your outward and inward journey and the driver will ensure that he makes regular comfort stops so you are able to stretch your legs and use the local facilities. If whilst you are away with us there is something that doesn’t meet your needs or you are unhappy with then please let our Tour Manager or driver know immediately and we will do our best to put this right.
