Introduction
A warm welcome... As we celebrate our first successful year trading as Zoe Napier Country & Equestrian, we have also looked back. In our experience 2011 has not been that bad in our part of the South East, so long as sellers have been realistic about what to expect. Most of the property coming onto the market is now being launched at its correct market value. This is why our sold boards have become more noticeable. Buyers realise that it has never been a better time to purchase, especially if they are looking to invest long term or require a mortgage, taking advantage of the lowest rates ever. The beginning of 2011 was regarded as the adjustment period for overpriced property. During May, June and July, we experienced sales levels equivalent to those at the height of the market, with August being busier than expected and the Autumn months already showing continued good signs. Successfully running a business in a period threatened with a ‘double dip’ recession has allowed our Company to work smartly and establish our strict standards which will continue into the future.
