Enhancing student employability Upon graduation, around 74% of King’s graduates go straight into employment, some combining this with part-time study. Around 16% move straight into full time further study. Our aim is to continue to support all faculties, schools and departments to enhance the employability of their students, and improve these figures further.
We work directly with academic departments in a variety of ways to try and achieve this. Our facultyfocussed careers teams will work with your department to decide how best to support students – by embedding employability learning in an approach tailored to the needs of the department and faculty. This is done in collaboration with the nominated Department Careers & Employability Liaisons and faculty employability leads.
