SLEEPING BEAUTY
GREASE
NUTCRACKER!
Friday 2 December - Sunday 8 January
Tuesday 17 - Saturday 28 January
Tuesday 21 - Saturday 25 February
You’ll want to be wide awake for this year’s big Christmas spectacular at the King’s – Sleeping Beauty. When the wicked fairy casts a deadly spell on Princess Beauty the poor girl is doomed to sleep for a hundred years. Only the kiss of her one true love can break the spell. Which means that Beauty’s bravest and closest friends must battle to rescue the dashing Prince before it’s too late! He, and he alone, can save the Sleeping Beauty! Panto favourite Karen Dunbar returns as Nanny with Joseph star Keith Jack, whom audiences will remember from Aladdin, as our handsome prince.
It’s the original high school musical, featuring all the unforgettable songs from the hit movie including You’re The One That I Want, Grease Is The Word, Summer Nights, Hopelessly Devoted To You, Sandy, Greased Lightn’ and many more. Dust off your leather jackets, pull on your bobby-socks and take a trip to a simpler time as ‘bad boy’ Danny and ‘the girl next door’ Sandy fall in love all over again.
One of the most popular dance productions ever staged in the UK, Matthew Bourne’s Nutcracker! returns to celebrate its 20th anniversary. This delicious theatrical feast has family-sized helpings of Matthew Bourne’s trademark wit, pathos and magical fantasy. Nutcracker! follows Clara’s bittersweet journey from a hilariously bleak Christmas Eve at Dr. Dross’ Orphanage, through a shimmering, ice-skating winter wonderland to the scrumptious candy kingdom of Sweetieland.
