A loading/unloading zone is available at the hotel entrance on S. Clinton Street. Once unloaded guests should use the South Dubuque Street Entrance to the parking ramp. Once inside the ramp use the skywalk located between levels 2 and 3 to get back to the hotel. (Look for the purple door!) Starbucks
