To secure your function space and date, a 25% retainer fee is required for your food and bevergae minimum plus any applicable rental or ceremony fees will be due upon signing your agreement with the Hotel. Two (2) additional deposits of 25% will be scheduled prior to the event and listed with the due dates on your agreement.
