Hors D’oeuvres packages include a beverage station with regular and decaffeinated coffee, iced tea, and water. Hors D’oeuvres will be serviced for 1.5 hours from scheduled serving time and require a minimum of 50 paid guests. Priced per guest.

HOLIDAY BUFFET OPTIONS

Dinner buffets require a minimum of 30 paid guests. All dinner buffets are served with fresh dinner rolls, regular and decaffeinated coffee, iced tea, and water. Buffets include selection of entreés, two salads, two starches, and one vegetable.

Seared chicken breast stuffed with cranberry wild rice stuffing and topped with an herb sauce supreme.

Sautéed chicken breast finished with a lemon herb sauce
