GENERAL INFORMATION AND POLICIES

Food and beverage must be purchased and served by the Hotel. Printed menus are for general reference and our event staff would be happy to customize menus to meet your specific needs. Menu pricing is subject to change.

AUDIO/VISUAL

Audio/Visual prices listed are per day prices. Cancellation of audio/visual equipment and services must be received 48 hours prior to the event to avoid a one-day rental charge. Some items may be subject to a delivery/pickup charge.

GUARANTEES

In order to make your meeting a success, please confirm your guarantee number of guests three (3) business days (72 hours) prior to your event. The expected number will act as a final number if the guarantee number is not received.

SERVICE CHARGE AND TAX

All food and beverage prices are subject to 21% gratuity and 8.25% State Sales Tax. Meeting room rental is subject to 6% Occupancy Tax.

BEVERAGE SERVICE

Please note that sales and service of alcoholic beverages are regulated by the State of Texas. The State of Texas does not allow guests to bring alcoholic beverages into the Hotel. The Hotel reserves the right to terminate the event and a financial penalty will be assessed if any alcohol is found or brought into the Hotel. Additionally, no food or beverage may be removed from the event area at any time prior to, during, or after the event.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

For those with special dietary requirements or allergies who may wish to know about the food ingredients used, please speak to a member of the Sales team or contact them in person.

DECORATIONS AND ENTERTAINMENT

The Hotel will not permit the affixing of anything to the walls, floors or ceilings with nails, staples, tape or any other substance. Failure to comply with this policy may result in repair fees in an amount to be determined by management. A fee of $200.00 will be charged for any use of live flower petals, confetti and/ or glitter before, during, or after your event.

Arrangements for security of equipment or decorations prior to the event can be made through your catering contact. Sparklers, pyrotechnics and fireworks are not allowed in the Hotel under any circumstance. If you select your own decor company, approval must be obtained from your Catering Sales Manager.

If your group has live entertainment or D.J. services, the Hotel reserves the right to request the volume to be lowered if the Hotel receives noise complaints from other guests or groups. The Hotel also reserves the right to ask any live entertainment to leave immediately if they do not adhere to the noise restraints.

BILLING

An acceptable form of payment must be agreed upon during the initial booking arrangements. Acceptable forms include advance deposit (prepayment), certified funds, or completed credit card authorization form.

All food and beverage items are subject to a 21% service fee and 8.25% tax. Meeting room rental is subject to 6% Occupancy Tax. Due to market fluctuations, all food and beverage items are subject to change. Should our prices increase, written notification will be given. No outside food or beverages are permitted for banquet/meeting functions. The removal of food or beverages provided by the hotel is not permitted. 07/01/2024
