Ceremony and Reception Locations

DoubleTree by Hilton Dallas – Market Center has over 16,500 square feet of indoor outdoor flexible banquet space creating many different locations for your events. Certain locations lend a more modern and intimate feel while other ballrooms give the grand atmosphere you may be looking for! Please call 214-741-7481 to schedule a tour

Sleeping Rooms

We extend a courtesy block of 10-15 rooms for all weddings being held on property. Rates available depend on specific dates and will be confirmed at time of contract. All rates are subject to a 15.26% city fees and occupancy tax. If you wish to reserve more than 15 rooms, please contact your Catering Manager for details.

Deposit

A deposit of 20% of the food and beverage minimum is required to guarantee the location and date. This initial deposit is non-refundable and due at contract signing.

Event Time Frame

Morning weddings must conclude by 3:00pm; afternoon and evening weddings by 1:00am. Ballrooms will be available 2 hours prior to your event for setup and decor unless otherwise agreed upon.

Final Payment

The total estimated cost of the event is required 5 business days prior to the event.

Guarantee

The client is responsible for supplying an estimated number of guests 14 business days prior to the event. The final guaranteed number is due by 10:00am three business days prior to event and is not subject to reduction after that point. Final charges will be based on actual attendance or the final guarantee submitted, whichever is greater.
