RECRUITMENT BONUS INCENTIVE

This incentive is paid to any employee who refers and recruits a potential employee to our team (determined by referral section of the application prior to the first interview). If the individual is hired and proves themselves to be an employee in good standing (no documented infractions or no call/no shows) the referring employee and the referred employee will both receive $100 bonus incentive for full-time and $50 for part-time after 90 days of continuous employment. Bonus incentive will be paid the first pay period following 90 days. Employees must be actively working to receive bonus.
