Security

The hotel shall not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the hotel prior to or following the event.

Arrangements may be made in advance for security of exhibits, merchandise, or articles set up for display

Billing

A $250 room re-set fee will be added for any set up changes as well as outside Food and Beverage brought into the meeting spaces.

A $200 Set up Fee will be assessed for any Breakfast Buffet under 20ppl and Lunch/Dinner Buffets under 50ppl.

If you are selecting a meal with multiple entrees, the cost will reflect the higher priced of the two meals, plus a $3 upgrade per person

In order to ensure your catered meal is a success, menu selections are due 45 days out from your event.

Shipping and Receiving

Should you be shipping boxes for your meeting, they must be addressed to the event manager handling your function, marked with the name as well as the date of your function, and shipped to the hotel no more than 3 days prior to your event

Guests are responsible for return shipments and must call their shipping provider to schedule the pick-up.
