We’re Kirksey EcoServices — a team of LEED® Accredited Professionals focused on green building solutions — integrated into an architecture firm of 130. We consult on projects in-house and provide green building services for outside project teams. Why Certify? LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the benchmark for green buildings and has become an internationally-recognized brand. LEED Certification

guarantees a measurable and marketable building product that is verified by a third party. Clients are asking for it. Lending groups and insurance companies are offering favorable rates for it. Private boards and public entities are requiring it. LEED Certification is proof that your project meets green building standards.


LEED Documentation for New Construction We have 13 projects certified by the U.S. Green Building Council and are currently engaged in 52 additional projects spanning 6 LEED rating systems. LEED Training

Kirksey realizes the importance of collaboration. In order to achieve truly green projects, the EcoServices Team has developed a r­ igorous training program to educate our project team members — contractors, developers, architects, e ­ ngineers, and others — about LEED and the LEED accreditation exam. With sessions certified by the Texas Real Estate Commission and the American Institute of Architects, Kirksey has educated 1,000+ industry professionals and has also brought classes directly to many companies.
