Preface The General conceptual plan is already in place but we got to make a few changes, considering Badminton, Archery, Swimming Pool already in existence and to re-locate will cost another 70-80m.Therfore, it is best we work around these projects and use available land (2.5-3 Acres) for development. Plan is to start from the Tennis court end upto the Old Pavilion entrance in order not to disrupt Rugby and its pre-season training, a gym with a few other Sporting facilities/ ofďŹ ce should be placed in that area at ďŹ rst.

State of the Art Gym At ground Level /Mezzanine (Warehouse concept with Power Training/High Performance Traning section) 20,000 sq ft. This would entail separate sections for Yoga, Zumba, Juice Bar, Variety of Shops selling gym equipment & Supplements. Shops will include Archery, Tennis, Basketball, Squash, Rugby and Swimming equipment too. Have Indoor Basketball/Tennis if possible at this level. have 2 state of the Art dressing rooms with all amenities running into the grounds like a tunnel which is seen at International Venues.

2 Indoor Squash courts along with a mini Sports Hotel/ Dorm facilities/ Laundry/ common eating facilities in this complex with kitchens etc.

Seating area at ground level must be planned, so that we could still use the grounds for functions as we do at the old club house. Store rooms/ Ice rooms/ Baths on this Level.

1st oor main Pavilion w Main CR Lounge Bar & with VIP seating including 10 Ac Corporate Boxes..Some ground Level projects could be included here.

Second Floor will also VIP Lounges for Trustees/Life Members/Corporate’s who are involved in this Development process. Restaurants ,Pubs conference rooms etc can be considered.

3rd Floor - Entertainment center for Kids with Specially trained personal to look after Kids while their parents are at the Gym, Bar or any other complex. A fully equipped children’s play area to host Birthday parties, Kiddies functions.

4th Floor - A Rugby Academy run by Australian/ NZ to train Coaches/ Referees along with a Medical Centre run by either Asha Central or Nawaloka. This center will have Physiotherapy , X’ray room etc.

THE FUTURE It is important we have additional swimming pool/Sauna planned for members in this complex at ground level or at another location. Once this project is complete we move to the New Pavilion and Look at the commercial viability as Mac Donald’s, Star Bucks, TGIF, Super markets are possible options. The Area next to New Pavilion (65 perches)can also be simultaneously developed by another group or corporate with Terraces on the Gandhi side having a seating area for Rugby. A fully equipped Digital scoreboard along with Floodlights is an important aspect of this project. This would mean all ground runners will be done digitally once we have this project up and running. Once we sit with the Architects all changes could be done according to their plan, considering the space available for commercial ventures too in this six story building. Approximate space area on each oor could be calculated from one end to the other and it could be immense, due to the fact is around 2 Acres or more on that side. A food court could also be considered on the earlier hockey grounds or in this complex.
