·
1 and a Half Cup of Water
·
¼ Teaspoon of Table Salt
·
7 Cloves Garlic Each Minced
·
2-3 Cups of Vegetable Broth
·
1 Chopped Green Bell Pepper
·
1 Medium-Size Carrot Chopped
·
2 Large-Size Diced Yellow Onions
·
2 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar
·
Black Pepper of About ¼ Teaspoon
·
4 Tablespoons of Hungarian Paprika
·
15 Ounces of Fire Roasted Tomatoes
·
Caraway Seeds (Approx. 1 Teaspoon)

4 Medium-Size Yukon Gold Potatoes Cut into Pieces
Instructions to Prepare Veg Hungarian Goulash

Soak soy curls in hot water for a few hours.
·
Put peppers, carrot slices and onions in a saucepan and sauté them for a while.
·
Set the burner on a low flame and add 3 tablespoons of veg broth to soften the
vegetables.
·
Include diced garlic cloves in the mixtureand stir it.
·
Drain the extra water from the soy curls and put them into an instant pot.
·
Now put black pepper, caraway seeds, tomato paste and paprika into the pot and stir
the mixture.
