The ​Kimchi Pancake Recipe​ is as follows: ●

Take one cup of chopped & drained vegan kimchi. The kimchi juice must be reserved for later

You can chop the kimchi by hand or use a mini-chopper

Take a mixing bowl for placing the chopped kimchi

The non-stick frying pan must be pre-heated

For the batter: ●

Situate the chopped & drained kimchi in bowl

Add garlic & ½ cup of rice flour


Pour the reserved kimchi juice and the amount will be 3/4​th​ cup

Mix everything nicely with a spoon

The entire thing must be thick

As you place the mixture on the pan, it must sizzle

Cooking process: ●

Spread the batter evenly on the heated pan

The heat must be reduced to medium

On every side, the cooking must be done for 8 to 10 minutes and you have to check the pancake sometimes with a spoon

pancake, a big round plate of plastic must be used. On both the sides, it should be cooked until it is brown.
