Auf einer Höhenlage zwischen 2.500 und 2.900 Metern bieten drei Weltklasse-Snowparks nahezu 8 Monate lang die Extradosis an Adrenalin. Bereits ab Oktober lässt der erste Snowpark die Herzen der Freestyle-Fraktion höher schlagen – im Winter sorgen zwei weitere Parks und die Superpipe für ultimative Kicks. For almost 8 months a year, you can get an extra dose of adrenaline at three world-class snowparks between 8,000 and 9,500 feet. Starting in October, the first snowpark gets freestyler hearts beating faster. In winter, the other two parks and the superpipe offer additional action. All playgrounds are shaped fresh every day, and there‘s boarder pleasure for beginners and pros in the mix of easy, medium and pro lines. Skipassverkauf: Täglich 8:00 – 16:30 Uhr an den Talstation-Kassen und ab Oktober täglich an der Ortskassa in Kaprun. Kartenumtausch und -ersatz: Umtausch, Übertragung auf Andere, Verlängerung oder Verschiebung der Gültigkeitsdauer ist nicht möglich. Kein Ersatz für verlorene oder vergessene Skipässe und Saisonkarten. Rückvergütung: Rückvergütung der nicht genützten Skitage bei Unfall oder Krankheit für Skipässe ab 2 Tagen gegen Vorlage eines ärztlichen Attests. Keine Rückvergütung aus Witterungsgründen, bei Betriebseinschränkungen und für Tageskarten. Ticket system: All tickets use a KeyCard. KeyCard deposit: E 2.- Intact KeyCards can be returned at any of the ski pass sales offices. Please do not enter the ski area with two valid passes – otherwise one day from each ticket will be deducted. Ski pass sales: daily 8 am – 4.30 pm at the valley station ticket offices, and from October daily at the local ticket office in Kaprun. Exchanging or replacing tickets: Exchange, transfer to other persons, extension, postponement of validity is not permitted. No replacement of lost or forgotten ski passes and season passes. Reimbursement: Refunds for unused days of skiing in the event of an accident or illness for ski passes valid for a min. of two days are possible along with a doctor’s note. No refunds in the case of poor weather, operating restrictions and for day tickets. Fraudulent misuse: Improper use of a ski pass or use by a third party will result in revocation without replacement and a fine will be imposed. The ski pass includes one glacier ride daily. For more rides, please make reservations in advance. Tickets and transportation restrictions: Safety is our chief concern, so please be patient if we have to restrict ticket sales or the number of people we can transport, because of weather conditions, operational limitations or shutdown. Piste and search-and-rescue services: Our piste and search-and-rescue services only monitor open signposted ski slopes. Please note that a rescue fee is charged.
