Migdal HaEmek

KLA Migdal HaEmek (MH) includes units which provide solutions to the challenge of measuring and controlling advanced semiconductor lithography, the driving force behind the digital information society. Our employees conceive, design, manufacture and service the most advanced metrology systems for sale to the biggest chip makers in the world. These systems measure the geometries and positions of the tiniest imaginable features, up to a mere 20 nanometers across, with precision smaller than the width of a single silicon atom.

GOPS (Global Operations)

Ori Tadmor, President of KLA Israel and VP Operations

KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA). The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology. We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market. The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products, Better, Faster, Cheaper.

OMD (Optical Metrology Division)

Ido Dolev, PhD, OMD VP/ General Manager

With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience, chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA to ensure that their fabs ramp nextgeneration devices to volume production quickly and cost-effectively. Enabling the movement towards advanced chip design, KLA's Semiconductor Process Control, which is responsible for creating all of KLA’s metrology and inspection products, is looking for the best and the brightest research scientists, software engineers, application development engineers, and senior product technology process engineers.

The Optical Metrology Division products are used for overlay metrology measurements and control. The portfolio of products includes unique solution packages which are based on hardware and software systems to enhance yield and effectiveness. As a world leader in its field of expertise, the division's products are the most advanced in performance (measurement accuracy of nanometers and below), reliability, ease of use and compatibility with other KLA's products. Its products are used by every major semiconductor manufacturer around the world. semiconductor manufacturers’ requirements. Our engineers and designers optimize our automation solutions for performance and efficiency to operate in the most challenging semiconductor fab environments. We seek the best engineers, designers, system and project leads from all disciplines to solve the toughest automation challenges in the semiconductor industry.

The corporate platform group (CPG) provides state-of-the-art automation and handling solutions for KLA systems. These solutions are critical for meeting the semiconductor industry’s requirement for fully autonomous handling of materials and data. Our autonomous systems transfer our customers’ samples, such as wafers or reticles, from one station to another during semiconductor manufacturing operations. They detect, analyze and decide on the relevant actions and movement profiles needed for safe and robust transfers over millions of operations, without failure.

Our software handles big data transferred between our systems (in operation in our customers’ fabs) and our customers’ fab data servers. Analysis of this data provides in-depth insights for long-term, robust operations of our systems. CPG’s innovative technologies utilize robotics, sensors, smart diagnostic systems, advanced algorithms and software engineering to meet the world’s leading

The global service support (GSS) team is our service organization that consists of service sales and marketing, spares supply chain management, field operations, engineering, product training, and technical support. The GSS organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance, expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.
