Hey AIESEC! Thank you for showing your interest to be a part of the national team of AIESEC in Sweden. For the MC team 2015/2016 it is an immense pleasure to open these NST positions and to gather a team of remarkable people which will start to work together with us from the very first day. These roles, are not just simple positions, these roles were designed to challenge you, to develop you, to provide you freedom, to give you opportunity to run your own projects, to design functions from scratch, and to work together with the MC team in achieving our goals for this year. As an entity that pilots LEAD in all of our programs, we are incorporating it into our NST positions as well, to provide proper outer and inner journey for our NSTs, to give them opportunity to experience a real development of their competencies. For each roles it is specified which competencies should be developed, questionnaire is combination of different assessment tools and opportunities for self-reflection where we can see how your personality and knowledge can fit into our team. Job Description: Managing the selection process of the OC team. Mentoring the OCP. Regular communication with the OCP. Supporting the OC team during crises. Ensuring communication between the OC and MC team. Having an overview and critical eye throughout the conference process. Review and improve the conference cycle in AIESEC in Sweden.
Measures of Success: # of conferences hosted by LCs Financial results of the conferences # of delegates % of the conference process that follows the National Compendium
Requirements: Attendance of national conferences Physical presence
Previous experience: OCP preferred

NST Conference Manager
Job Description: Research and analyze the possibilities of sponsorships and grants for AIESEC in Sweden on a national and local level. Prepare applications for grants and maintain relationships with sponsors. Support LCs in sponsorship management and ensure implementation. Support in sponsorship management in events.
Measures of Success: # of sponsorships/grants applications sent % of sponsorship/grants received in relation to applications sent # of LCs actively engaged in sponsorship management
Requirements: Virtual presence - required Swedish language speaker: preferred
Previous experience: LCVP, TLP, TMP with background in Finance - preferred
Key competencies: Analytical Innovative Communication skills
LDM competencies: World citizen Solution-driven
Duration of the role: 3 months (possibility of reapplying/prolonging)
NST Sponsorship Manager
Job Description: Responsible for implementing GE in AIESEC in Sweden. Educating VPs about the initiative and how to implement it. S&D management for GE only.
Measures of Success: GE implemented locally and nationally VPs are educated on the product, it’s benefits and contributions to AIESEC in Sweden Regular monitoring of S&D in the network and acting accordingly
Requirements: Preferred: member of AIESEC in Sweden - physical Open as well to internationals - virtual
Previous experience: LC VP experience preferred (OGX), LCP, NST, EP

NST Global Entrepreneur
Job Description: Developing country partnerships based on segment. Supporting VPs in matching for specific country partners. S&D Analysis.
Measures of Success: # of country partnerships based on segment # of matched EPs with country partners Regular monitoring of S&D in the network and acting accordingly

Job Description: Generating salesforce recruitment, management and development tools in national scale. Coordinating sales trainings and auditing. - NPS implementation and management. Generating national service check-list for trainees. Delivering service for trainees in national TN accounts. New sales.
Measures of Success: # qualified salesmen recruited - % salesmen retention rate % satisfaction from trainees. # new sales generated

Job Description: Defining sub-product customised for LCs. Setting up country partnerships for better and faster matching. Innovating matching methods. Coordinating to deliver national business newsletter. Generating national service check-list & partnership report for business partners. New sales.

Job Description: Standardising Y2B product. Managing Y2B sales and product portfolio with OC NATCON. Generating new sales with ER products. Managing ER products in LCs (if any). Coordinate with iGIP NST for co-sales.
Measures of Success: Y2B standardised nationally # Y2B budget achieved # ER sales generated # event satisfaction

Job Description: Develop Alumni management function in AIESEC in Sweden. Create Alumni database of AIESEC in Sweden. Create a yearly plan of Alumni engagement. Engage Alumni of AIESEC in Sweden into local and national activities.
Measures of Success: # of alumni in national database # of events with Alumni engagement locally # of events with Alumni engagement nationally % of fulfilment of NST yearly plan

Job Description: Management of national Social Media networks. Research on expansion on new social media networks. Developed expansion plan for new social media networks.

Job Description: Creation of national promo materials for TMP recruitment. Creation of national promo materials for TLP recruitment. Creation of national promo materials for oGCDP recruitment. Creation of national promo materials for oGIP recruitment. Creation of national promo materials for iGIP. Designing national materials (reports, newsletters). Designing national conference materials (faci, delegates booklets).

Job Description: Responsible for updating national web page of AIESEC in Sweden. Responsible for national knoweldge management base in EXPA and Google Docs. Content editing of web page.
Measures of Success: # of monthly updates # of monthly updates of the database (min 1 monthly, obligatory after each recruitment) Updating content for the webpage (EP/TN interviews layout, learning materials, AIESEC related)

Job Description: Tracking recruitment nationally Support in recruitment processes Content support for LC meetings Responsible for national recruitment welcome package
Measures of Success: # of subscriptions per LC, # of sing ups per LC, #of interviews # of assessment centres delivered % of delivered trainings for the LCs in demand # of LCs that submitted their welcome packages to the new members
