ICES Certification
International Culture Engagement Specialist 21st-24th September 2015 MC and 3 lovely LCPs from Umea, Stockholm and Gothenburg participated in amazing engagement coaching by an external HR specialists. in order to get certificates for the course by 24th October we need to submit national engagement plan. For this, each LCP that participated works with other LCPs and coaches them, and MC had chose also their own ambassadors for the program. we are looking forward to see our engaged entity!
Mill Institute external Coaching 25th September As part of the quarterly review MC had external coaching with Mill Institute in Stockholm. We worked on feedback and team development.
Quarterly review 25th, 28th, 29th September
MC had a three-day quarterly review where we went through our goals and focuses for the quarter, as well as through the individual plan. all MC members have successfully passed the review! :)
U4O CEEDers Arrival 28th September In September our first u4o CEEDer has arrived to Stockholm. Milan will spend 6 weeks with aiesec in Stockholm supporting them with ogx recruitment. Ivana arrived on october 1st and departed to Jonkoping.
CEEDer interviews During September
Prior Milan’s and Ivana’s arrival we had daily visits in the MC office by Mikael (LCP Stockholm) and ameen (VP OGX Stockholm) to run interviews together with dean to select perfect CEEDers.
Engage 2015 is alive! 14th September in September we opened first round of delegates subscriptions for Engage conference. we are looking forward to see you all there!
Norlds Agenda managers During September during September, nordic MCPs agreed on Agenda Managers for Norlds, sub-regional conference that it is going to be hosted by AIESEC in Sweden, with the host LC of AIESEC in Jonkoping in march next year. Agenda managers are: newbies track: klara, MCVP TM&Mac - AIESEC in Sweden Oldies track: anca, MCP - AIESEC in Norway EB track: Mats, MCVP OGX - AIESEC in Norway

- All iGIP teams have new members and LCVPs started their team development + management plan - So far only Lund,Jonkoping, Gothenburg had meetings with new prospects. (basing on updates from LCVPs in personal coaching)
