Profil: Klaus Haasis, Dipl.Ing. und Dipl. Journalist, Systemischer Coach (DBVC), Personzentrierter OE/PE-Berater (GWG). Lehren als Reprofotograf und Werbekaufmann. Klaus Haasis vereint in einmaliger Weise jahrzehntelange Führungserfahrung, personzentrierte Beratungskompetenz und hypno-systemische Coaching-Expertise mit Management-Knowhow aus Technologiebranchen, Kreativwirtschaft und Politik. Er berät und begleitet seit langem erfahrene Führungskräfte, junge Nachwuchstalente, Unternehmensgründer, Teams und Organisationen im Umfeld von Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft, Politik und Kultur. Themenschwerpunkte sind u.a. die Entwicklung von erfolgreicher Zusammenarbeitskultur, gedeihlicher Kommunikationsarchitektur und günstigem Innovationsklima sowie Veränderungsmanagement und Konfliktberatung.

Erfahrung Klaus Haasis gilt in Europa als einer der erfahrensten Gestalter und Manager von Zusammenarbeitsprozessen und Innovationssystemen. Er hat erfolgreich Unternehmen und Agenturen (mfg-innovation.de), Wirtschaftscluster (bwcon.de), Netzwerke (osb-alliance.org), Trainings-, Ausbildungskonzepte und Lehrangebote (Hochschule der Medien, popakademie.de) aufgebaut. Seit 2007 ist er ehrenamtlicher Director und Secretary von TCI - The Global Innovation Practitioners Network in Barcelona (tci-network.org). Er war und ist an einer Vielzahl von internationalen Projekten zur Förderung von Innovation (European Creative Industries Alliance), Technologietransfer (European Forum on Clusters in Emerging Industries), Start-ups und Entrepreneurship, Kommerzialisierung (CyberOne, bwcon Coaching Group, FAME Financing Network) und Internationalisierung (European Creative Industries Alliance) beteiligt. Über viele Jahre hat er in diesem Kontext Unternehmer, Führungskräfte, Gruppen und Teams als Coach und Berater unterstützt und sich Business Angel engagiert.

Mit über 30 Jahren aktiver Tätigkeit als Führungskraft, Geschäftsführer und Vorstand verfügt Klaus Haasis über langjährige Managementerfahrung in klein- und mittelständischen Unternehmen, in Großkonzernen (Hoechst AG, SAT.1) und im öffentlichen Sektor (Land Baden-Württemberg, Südwestrundfunk), mit langjährige Erfahrung in Beirats- und Gremientätigkeit in Aufsichtsräten (August Koehler AG), Hochschulräten (Hochschule der Medien Stuttgart), Beratungs- und Auswahlgremien (Karl-Steinbuch-Stipendium). Er ist Autor zahlreiche Publikationen, Dozent und Keynote Speaker. Seit 2013 ist er Gründungsvorstand der Initiative Zukunftsfähige Führung e.V.

Persönliches Klaus Haasis ist Vater von zwei Töchtern. Er hat vielfältige mentale und körperliche Erfahrungen als Ausdauersportler (Ötztaler Radmarathon, Alb extrem, transalp), Rettungsschwimmer (Nordseeinsel Juist), Skilehrer (DSV Übungsleiter), Pantomime, Animateur und als Musiker gemacht, die in seine Beratungsarbeit einfließen. Als professioneller Innovator konnte er intensive Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Regelbrüchen, Widerständen und deren integrativer Bewältigung sammeln. Heute arbeitet und lebt er in freudige Gelassenheit in Stuttgart und Rom und freut sich - trotz immer wieder widriger Umstände - an heiterem Gedeihen und Gelingen.

Personal Klaus Haasis is the father of two daughters. He has confronted mental and physical challenges as an endurance athlete (Ötztal Bicycle Marathon, Alb extrem, transalp), lifeguard (North Sea island of Juist), ski instructor (DSV German Ski Association), pantomime artist, entertainer and musician, which has all influenced his consulting style. As a professional innovator, he has much experience in dealing with rule-breaking and resistance, and integrative management of the same. Today he works and lives in joyful serenity in Stuttgart and Rome, taking pleasure - despite ever more adverse circumstances - in playful success and prosperity.
