Meet Ashley Morris, Founder of Eke Out Consulting… With over 25 years experience within a variety of Supply Chains; across a number of Logistical disciplines; in association with private, national, international and global organisations plus public bodies. Following on from this Quarter-century-education, latterly as a Deutsche Post DHL Senior Advisor (a Black Belt exponent of 6Sigma+LEAN Continuous Improvement and Change Management). I now find myself with an opportunity to share my thoughts, insight and knowledge with a wider audience; to work collaboratively across all levels of an organisation to better understand and address any misalignment of business processes, improvement strategy, customer experience and change agenda. From multi-temperature control to parcels to sea containers; from foodstuffs to giftware to licensed medical products; from distribution to in-store fulfillment to processing; from warehouse operations manager to transport contract manager to Senior Advisor. Whatever the environment; whatever the product; whatever the activity; whatever the role; you have to be passionate about your service; the people you train, coach and work with; in making the customer successful!
