There are five different versions of the B40 to make sure there is something for everyone. Even though Lionsteel is an Italian company they used Sleipner steel. This Austrian tool steel offers an amazing sharpness retention, combined with considerable toughness. An ingenious detail is the angular end of the handle. This edge is sharp enough to effectively create sparks with a firesteel. This detail clearly demonstrates that Lionsteel is an expert when it comes to bushcraft knives and that they know what they are talking about. We expected nothing less.
