1. Chorizo White Bean Soup

Brown chorizo in small saucepot over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Add onion and cook about 4 minutes, until golden. Stir in garlic and beans and cook 1 minute, stirring to coat beans. Add water and Knorr® Tomato Bouillon with Chicken flavor Cubes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 15 minutes. Stir in cilantro and serve. 2. French Onion Soup

French bread 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese DIRECTIONS
Melt Spread in large saucepan over medium heat and cook onions, stirring frequently, until golden, about 15 minutes. Stir in garlic and thyme and cook, stirring constantly, until onions are browned and very tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in water and Knorr® Homestyle Stock - Beef, scraping up brown bits from bottom of saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring until Stock is melted. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 8 minutes. Stir in sherry. Arrange 6 broiler-proof bowls on baking pan. Evenly ladle soup into bowls, then top with bread and cheese. 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces 4 ounces thin egg noodles
DIRECTIONS Heat oil in large saucepot over medium heat and cook onion, carrot and celery, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in water and Knorr® Homestyle Stock - Chicken. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring until Stock is melted. Reduce heat to low and stir in chicken. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in noodles and simmer an additional 5 minutes or until noodles are tender and chicken is thoroughly cooked.
4. Caramelized Onion Carrot Soup

1 tub Knorr® Homestyle Stock - Vegetable 2 lbs. carrot, peeled and chopped 1 tsp. smoked paprika (optional)
DIRECTIONS Heat Spread in large saucepot over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring frequently, until onion is deep golden brown, about 10 minutes. Stir in vinegar and cook until absorbed, about 1 minute. Add water, Knorr® Homestyle Stock – Vegetable, carrots and paprika. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer until carrots are tender, about 20 minutes. Process, in batches if necessary, in blender or food processor until smooth. 5. Classic Potato Leek Soup
