Drive: The hydraulic drive with load-dependent speed control ensures maximum utilization of the engine output. Overload protection prevents unshreddable contraries from destroying the teeth.

Shredding: Applications of the drum/counter comb system range from coarse pre-crushing to defined shredding. The continuous cutting gap adjustment allows adjustment of the particle size for the intended use.

Mobility: With its 3-axle chassis and automatic feed device, the trailer version offers the utmost in mobility. The self-propelled steel tracks allow maneuverability on difficult terrain. On the hook lift version, towing or automatic feed options provide on-site maneuverability.

Variants: The Chippo series starts with one of the most powerful tractor-driven drum chippers, the 510 C. For the medium and heavy duty range there is a truckdriven version (5010 Cd). At the heavy-duty end is the 8010 CD with onboard 780 hp engine.

Chipping: The feed system guarantees reliable grabbing and active forwarding to the drum. Chipping is extremely efficient due to the large open drum and the ideally positioned countercutter. The long advance of the chipping blade produces uniform chip shapes and sizes with a minimum of fine fractions.

options: The Chippo is made for the job, with the right options for any scenario – as a 3 or 4-axle trailer, if desired with Hydrodrive, operation from the truck cabin or a crane cabin, with fold-out wood splitter, and more.

Material feeding: The huge hopper can be loaded from both sides. The feed takes care of the rest: A combination of horizontal and vertical feed drums and a wide steel belt ensure active transport into the machine, even with bulky green material.

For making fuel, depending on the input the Axtor can use either solid shredder blades or sharp chipper blades. If the machine runs into an unshreddable contrary, the patented contrary safety prevents further damage. Usually just changing a blade is enough to get back up and running.

Product range: The Joker is the ideal entry-level screener. As requirements grow, the Primus is the right choice. For heavy-duty users, the Maxx, Mustang and Magnum combine high continuous throughput with absolute dependability.

Material feeding: From hopper to drum – on mobile drum screens, everything is designed for heavy duty. Extremely rugged hopper design, straight line travel control of the hopper belt, and automatic fill level control for the screen drum ensure smooth operation.

Drive: The electric drive of the E-versions is especially energy-efficient. The power comes directly from the mains or, if required, from an on-board diesel generator. On the larger machines, the quiet-running, low-wear "Drumgrip" moves the drum.

Showcase Machine type: Mustang Application: Fresh compost Throughput: 80 m3/h Work proceeds efficiently on high-bulk materials as well. Material feeding: Steep side walls and a wide hopper belt prevent bridging and allow a broad spectrum of materials. The feed crosssection to the drum, the drum diameter itself and the unsurpassed gap to the side walls allow stoppage-free screening with large hole sizes.

Drive: Everything on the Cribus is driven electrically, from the hopper to the discharge belts. This minimizes the energy, wear and servicing costs of the whole machine, as does the newly developed "Wheelgrip" direct drum drive.

Maintenance: Simply fold down the sidewall to access the drum. No tools are required for changing the drum. Large panels provide excellent access to the whole engine compartment. The generator unit can be run out or set up externally (Cribus 3800 E).

Material feeding: The hopper, familiar from Komptech drum screens, boasts a volume of over 5 cubic meters and a loading height of only 2.8 m. Yet everything runs quietly and smoothly, thanks to the electric drive with intelligent controller and graphic display.

Screening: A coarse screen above and a fine screen below provide separation into three fractions (M2: one screen for two fractions). Throughput and separation accuracy remain consistent even with increasing material moisture, thanks to the patented "Cleanstar" cleaning system.

Discharge: Material is discharged only at the rear of the machine. This way the towing device remains accessible during operation. Windrows can also be created. On the M2, a powerful optional windsifter provides effective separation of contaminants into coarse particles.

Material feeding: The giant feed area makes it obvious that this is a highthroughput machine. In fact, one frontloader is often not enough to load and remove material. Wide output conveyors make sure that everything that goes in comes out, with no blockages.

Particle size: Particle size can be controlled by varying the rotation speed of the star shafts. The particle size can be changed in seconds from a touch screen on the operating panel. Different star geometries and arrangements cover a screening range from 8 - 150 mm.

Options: A series of options - windsifter for coarse and medium fraction, magnetic rolls and rolling fraction separator - makes the machine a genuine all-purpose workhorse. Options like hopper overload sidewalls, central lubrication, and pneumatic spring axles add more convenience.

Separation: The patented pressure-suction process ensures extremely effective separation of the lightweight fraction from the screen overflow. In the first step, material is separated by a pressure blower. In the second step, the lightweight material is drawn off by a powerful suction blower.

Adjustment: The wide chute enables a width up to 1.2 m and feed height of 1.95 to 2.25 m for the screener conveyor belt. The suction performance is adjustable for the material by changing the blower speed, blower distance and vent flaps.

Options: The optional magnetic drum and rolling fraction separator make the Hurrikan a real cleanup machine. On the tiltable conveyor belt, round, heavy objects (mainly stones) roll downwards and are diverted via a chute.

Frame/Drive: The hydraulic chassis combined with a massive telescoping frame provides mobility on any terrain, whether the wheeled version for good traction on pavement or the tracked version for good weight distribution on soft ground.

Turning: A large, powerful hydraulically driven drum with effective conveyor and throwing blades accelerates the turning and rotting processes. Everything gets mixed - nothing gets past the drum.
