„During the 1960s a large amount of housing was lost in Fitzrovia and the residential community felt under threat from new large-scale building. The threat from the developers spurred residents in the early 1970s to form a number of voluntary associations to conserve the best of Fitzrovia and resist the efforts of developers to change its character.“ Pentelow, Mike; Rowe, Marcia Characters of Fitzrovia Chatto & Windus (2001)

* Raising the level of the church basement courtyard > Mouse view on the site * Adding a hidden observation deck on top of Néro Café building - open to the public, external staircase * Gigantic Mirror on the Backside of Néro Café, hiding the entrance to the Staircase to platform > To observate and to be seen by strangers and oneself * Changing the ceiling of new Goodge Street Tube Station > preconfiguration of visitors
