Program Proposal

Positioned away from urban areas, BKT campus suffers from the lack of cultural, leisure and enter tainment facilities, which would improve the stu dent experience as well as cater to the needs of the surrounding local communities. This opens the enough space for new development. An urban de velopment started to spread out in rural area around Bangkok. Bang KhunThian was aimed to be developed as a new residential area as it was quite a distance from the city which make the land cheaper, and because of the location that is closed to the natural area.

BKT CORE

The delineated program emerges from an exhaustive and meticulous analysis of the site, its prevailing program distribution, and the surrounding environmental context. A comprehensive and holistic approach has been methodically employed to effectively navigate the intricate interplay between the public, their diverse range of activities, and the conservation site. The overarching objective is to authentically showcase and promote the seamless coexistence of urbanization and nature conservation, whilst simultaneously addressing the pressing and multifaceted issue of user density overload.
