CLASS DESCRIPTIONS Triple Threat

Barbell Blast Weight training amped up! Barbell workout for those who like to mix it up a bit. Build muscular strength and endurance with a mega calorie burn. Come check it out!

Barre

Armed & Dangerous

A total mix of cardio, strength and core to strengthen and tone the entire body! Bring your towel and water, prepare to sweat! This is a great workout for all levels of fitness.

Turbo Kick

A fusion of Pilates, Yoga and Ballet Barre. Using light weights to build strong stabilizing and deep muscles through high reps, Barre uses core muscles throughout the entire workout and will increase muscle endurance.

Fit & Fabulous Designed for anyone new to fitness that needs to move at a slower pace, this class is great for beginners, focusing on cardio, strength, and balance.

Insanity “Are you crazy enough for Insanity?” Sean T created this workout to produce results. Build muscle and strip away fat. All moves can be modified to meet your fitness level. Join the “Insane” crowd!

Blends intense intervals of cardio kickboxing, body-sculpting, and dance strength training to give you that high-powered workout you can’t get enough of.

Ultimate Fitness Turn on the burn! Sculpt and tone muscles with this hi-repetition dumbbell workout with a few bursts of cardio fun mixed in.

Zumba This Latin American dance workout is high energy and lots of fun! You will learn easy to follow dance combinations that will work every part of your body. There are moves that will challenge your body.

Pilates

P90X P90X® workouts offer a variety of intense routines from cardio to resistance and strength training, plyometrics, ab work, and more. It constantly switches things up to help class members bust through plateaus. Plus, there are modifications so any level can partake!

Pilates: A full-body workout with emphasis on the core and supporting muscle groups. Breathing techniques are used to enable the mind-body connection. Class includes standing balance work in addition to exercises on the mat. Different equipment may be used to add intensity.

Tai Chi

Rock-Body Camp Looking for a harder, stronger, more defined body? Need balance in your life? Class has a STRONG lower half focus that offers a blend of full body movements using your body, hand weights, bands, and more! All fitness levels welcome!

Tai chi is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels. Tai chi is a low-impact exercise, and may be especially suitable if you're an older adult who otherwise may not exercise.

Yoga

Step Intervals Fun easy to follow step combos, but broken up into high to low impact combos to keep the heart pumping. Resistance training follows cardio interval to make this a complete fat burning workout!

Relax and stretch those tired and sore muscles. Learn correct breathing, posture and form with spinal flexibility and full body muscle toning for weight loss. You will feel renewed! Hatha Yoga: Incorporates breath with postures along with balancing. Sun salutations are optional.

Strictly Cycle/Iron Wheel Non- impact, high energy workout that is full of cardio with a great lower body workout! Cycling intervals are incorporated throughout the workout. Space is limited to 14 riders. Iron Wheel incorporates an added strength component.

Total Body Sculpt This class that will work all muscle groups in one workout using a combination of hand-weights and body weight exercises. Sculpt will help to increase strength, tone muscles and burn fat.

Total Body Training This fun energetic class is a total body workout that focuses on every muscle group and combines strength and cardio exercises to melt fat fast, improve body definition and increase your energy levels throughout the day! Flexibility/Relaxation

Yin Yoga: Strengthen bones, connective tissue, fascia and ligaments. All postures are on the floor. Yoga Flow: In this 60 minute vinyasa yoga flow class, poses will be linked together with the breath. This class is wonderful for all fitness levels and levels of experience with yoga. The yoga poses can be modified to increase or ease the difficulty level of each pose.

Water

This fun class is designed to delete the word weak from your vocabulary. Beautiful back, sculpted shoulders, glorious guns, prestige pectorals, and strength & stamina are what we will be working for. Get ready to lock in that focus and get fully “LOADED.”

“FIIT” Happens Get “FIIT” while having fun! This interval based class features a total body, heart-pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. Combining strength training with high-intensity cardio burst designed to tone your body, increase your endurance and metabolism, and maximize your afterburn. “FIIT” happens when you “HIIT” it hard!!!

Ride or Die This 30 minute cycle class focuses on building stamina while having fun! It is a non-impact, HIIT workout that will give you a great lower body workout while maximizing your afterburn long after your workout is over!

Transform Using a step to ramp up your calorie burn, this 30-minute, music-driven, high-intensity cardio-conditioning class is designed specifically for the group fitness room. “Transform” emphasizes positivity and inspiration, so you leave the class feeling accomplished and ready to take on your day.

Circuit Training Xpress This class is a total body workout! We will use resistance and cardio training techniques to improve your endurance and help you build strength using a huge variety of movements.

Core & More Xpress This class focuses on the center of your body: the abdomen, back and center of stability. During the 30 minute workout, you’ll train your legs, butt, back and ABS! With core focused cardio exercises mixed in as well, the Core Express class is the perfect choice for you to improve your core strength all around.

HIIT The Step Xpress A 30 minute athletic cardio focused step class that utilizes bodyweight, free weights, and a step to get a full body, cardio conditioning, muscle toning workout with options for all fitness levels.

The Works Xpress A 30 min intense workout centered around using resistance bands and weights to strengthen and condition your entire trunk from shoulders to Hamstrings. The Works will challenge your body but is achievable even for the beginner.

Aerobics: This is a low impact class for all ages. Spend an hour in the water stretching and doing light resistance exercises. This is a great class for rehabilitating the body! Zumba: This is a safe, effective, and challenging water-based workout that integrates the Zumba formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness. Aquatics
