Cycle-lates This class starts with an intense 30min ride then transitions to a 30min Mat Pilates workout. Developing a strong core is essential to your cycling success. Cycle part includes climb, sprint, and tabata. Pilates will utilize props such as resistance bands, swiss balls, and mini balls.
