Meals on Wheels Meals on Wheels provide home delivered meals Monday through Friday to the homes of those who are unable to cook for themselves. Service can be on-going or short term to provide assistance during times of need. For information on the Metroport Meals on Wheels program call 817.491.1141. For information on Tarrant County meal program call 817.336.0912. or visit www.mealsonwheels.org. Transportation The Northeast Transportation Service (NETS) offers door-to-door transportation services to Keller residents who are disabled or 55 and above. Trained drivers are available to assist passengers in getting on and off vehicles. Please call 817.336.8714 to schedule your trip. www.ridenets.com
AARP Driver Safety Learn how to improve your driving skills and be more aware of other drivers. This course may be used to qualify for a discount on your auto insurance; however it does not meet the requirements to dismiss a ticket. Fees are paid at the time of class. Registration required. Bingo: 10:30 a.m. Lunch: 12:00 p.m. Fee: $5 (Unless noted otherwise) Registration required one week in advance April 12 - Spring Luncheon Spring has sprung so hop on over to enjoy a feast of chicken, scalloped potatoes, roasted vegetables, rolls, fruit and dessert. May 10 - Mother’s Day Luncheon Let’s celebrate the beauty of our Mothers. Your favorite staff along with Ethan Harter and Keller Oaks Healthcare will be preparing a special lunch made with lots of love. (Bingo not Included) Special Entertainment by: Elvis impersonator Jeff Mew. May 24 - Memorial Day Luncheon Honor and remember our countries’ fallen heroes. Please feel free to bring a photo of an honored loved one that served. The menu will include loaded hot dogs, chili, corn salad, chips, fruit and dessert. June 14 - Father’s Day Luncheon Sports fans, wear your favorite jersey to show your spirit as we cheer on and celebrate our Dads. Our meal provided by Ethan Harter, and Keller Oaks Healthcare is sure to be a hit as they will be serving pulled pork, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls and cobbler. June 28 - Patriotic Picnic Luncheon Celebrate Independence with a bang where we will enjoy a summer favorite. The menu will include chicken strips, mashed potatoes, beans, rolls, watermelon and dessert.

Dallas World Aquarium - April 11 Time: 11:00 a.m. / Fee: $18 (plus cost of lunch) The Dallas World Aquarium begins at the rainforest exhibit then on to exotic and endangered animals. The aquarium portion displays exotic marine life, even penguins!
Food Hall at Crockett Row - May 9 Time: 10:00 a.m. / Fee: $5 (plus cost of lunch) The first of its kind in Fort Worth, the food hall features a wide variety of cuisines. Their collection includes everything from barbeque, burgers, sandwhiches, coffee, pastries and more. Shopping opportunites within walking distance. Choctaw Casino and Resort - Durant Oklahoma - May 30 Time: 7:30 a.m. / Fee: $18 ($2 tip for bus driver) cost of breakfast/lunch on your own Spend a fun day trying your luck. Choctaw Casino also offers the option to enjoy games, bowling and movies at their District Arcade. Check schedule for limited hours. Crash & Dash - June 7 Time: 10:00 a.m. / Fee: $5 (plus cost of lunch) Join with other adventurist in discovering your Free Spirit. Hop on the bus and head out to enjoy a variety of unplanned fun experiences. National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame - June 13 Time: 9:00 a.m. / Fee: $12 (plus cost of lunch) This is the only museum in the world dedicated to honoring women of the American West who have displayed extraordinay courage and pioneer spirit in their trailblazing efforts.
