Athletics Youth Volleyball League (8-14 years) This recreation league is perfect if you are just learning the game of volleyball, or need to perfect your skills as you get ready to try out for your local school team. Fun and learning are emphasized over competition in this league. Participants will be split into two age groups; 8-10 and 11-14. This league is a “social” (friends play with friends) league and we do our best to keep teams distributed in that manner. Teams have one practice a week and games are played on Saturdays. Participation awards are given at the end of the season. Participants who want their child to “play up” (older age division) must coach. VOLUNTEER COACHES ARE NEEDED FOR EACH TEAM. The City of Keller will drug screen and background check all coaches prior to practices beginning. Special requests must be written on Program Registration/ Liability Waiver, any special requests given after the late registration deadline will not be observed. No requests are guaranteed.

Kids Aikido (8-12 years) In our program, we don’t believe in just teaching children how to grapple, throw, and pin others. We work to build your child’s character. During classes you’ll see your child’s energy, confidence, and spirit rise while he or she becomes strong and confident. We’re not just talking about physical strength…but the kind of strength it takes to resist peer pressure, deal with bullies, and other negative aspects of being a kid. Classes are offered Monday and Thursday on a monthly basis.
