Our DEPARTMENT is AWARD WINNING! In 2016 our Parks Department received recogni USA for the 23rd To be recognized our city must meet standards. Standards include a Tree Board, current tree care ordinance, community forestry program with an annual budgetof at least $2 per capita, and department works diligently throughout the year to ensure that we are exceeding these standards.

PAVILION RENTALS Johnson Road Pavilion 1 Rental Information: Lookings for a place for your next gathering? Our parks offer a variety of rental options to cater to all sizes. Below you will find a comprehensive list of the amenities included. Call for availability 817-743-4055. Resident fee of $30 for 3/hours and $15 each additional hour. Non-Resident fee of $40 for 3/hours and $20 each additional hour. (3 hour minimum rental required.) All fees are non-refundable. Reservations may be made no more than 6 months in advance. Pavilion

The Bear Creek Park Crew help maintain the 44 acres of park that is used and loved by much of the city. They also cover the trails from Elm Street to Promontory Drive. While the park is closed to the public the crew is still hard at work keeping up with the park for project on The Big Bear Creek Greenbelt.
