This Policy has been developed is a tool to enhance the commitment of the organization to provide a child safe environment and is based on intensive research of nationally and internationally understanding of child protection . Apart from an introduction to the various kinds of behaviors that constitute abuse, and how one might be subjecting children to it intentionally or unintentionally, a code of conduct for all persons associated with the children in the home was also included. It also includes a detailed section on prevention and one on practical protocol of addressing a violation of norms.
