PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Our program is an asset sale - lease back program. It enables businesses to utilize the cash equity of their existing assets to fund their business’ growth and expansion. Our program is not a loan. We do not lend money and we do not charge interest. We buy an asset or a series of assets from you for up-front cash and lease it back to you on a rent-to‐own basis over (usually) a six month period while you continue to possess and use the asset(s). This system gives you the ability to utilize the cash value of your existing assets to grow your business while at the same time having full use of such assets. At the end of the lease the ownership of the assets transfers to you.

ASSET AND LEASE BACK

Clients that have a business that qualifies could receive a combination of personal funding, business funding and/or business installment loan at the same time if they would like.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

1. You identify the amount of capital you need. Our program limits are $10,000 minimum and $200,000 maximum. 2. You identify the asset or assets to utilize for the program. The value of the asset(s) needs to be equal to or exceed the capital funded. We accept most business assets, either new or used equipment, machinery, tools, appliances, office equipment, office furniture, computers, etc. 3. You complete and send us our one-page application, information on the asset(s) and copies of 12 months business bank statements. 4. If your request is approved, we send you the agreements to execute and we wire transfer you the full amount of the capital. The agreements state that we purchase the asset(s) from you and lease them back to you under a lease-to-own structure where if you make all the lease payments, you take title to the asset(s). 5. The daily lease payments are automatically deducted via ACH from your business bank account. The payments are either 5 days a week or 7 days a week, at your choice. 6. When you have made the last lease payment, title of the asset(s) transfer to you. For example, a dry cleaning business needs $30,000 in capital to expand. It owns several dry cleaning machines each worth $15,000. The dry cleaner sells two of the machines to Company for $30,000. Company wires $30,000 to the dry cleaner and leases the machines back to the dry cleaner under a lease-to-own agreement. The dry cleaner pays lease payments of $245 per day for six months to Company via ACH automated debit from its business bank account. At the end of six months, the machines belong back to the dry cleaner.

These can be provided to us either via fax or via email with PDF attachments. 5. How does the program work? We buy an asset (or a series of assets) from you for up-front cash and lease it back to you on a rent-to-own basis over usually a six-month period while you continue to possess and use the asset(s). This system gives you the ability to utilize the cash value of your existing assets to grow your business while at the same time having full use of such assets. At the end of the lease the ownership of the assets transfers to you. For example, if you own a Laundromat, we can purchase a few of your laundry machines for cash and lease them back to you over time. It’s as simple as that! 6. How are the lease payments made? The lease payments are made daily during the term of the lease. The payments are deducted daily automatically via ACH from your business bank account by us. Depending on your business’ cash flow, you have an option to select a 5 day a week or a 7 day a week lease payment plan.

7. Why daily payments? We have found that with the cash flow needs of small businesses daily payments are most affordable. The daily payments are relatively small and affordable. This will help the business owners manage to manage cash flow in a manner to set aside money every day to make a monthly lease payment. 8. What types of assets are acceptable for this program? Any business asset new and used is eligible for our program: e.g.: equipment, machinery, tools, appliances, office equipment, office furniture, computers, etc. Please feel free to ask your representative if your business assets qualify. 9. How much capital is available to me? We can provide capital with a minimum amount of $10,000 and a maximum amount of $500,000. The amount is dependent on the value of your assets and your business’ daily cash flow and its ability to afford the daily lease payments. 10. Could I use this for tax deductions? You should check with your accountant on this but our customers tell us that since the funds are utilized for a business purpose, the lease payments can be deducted. 11. Do you need business and personal audited financial statements or a business plan? No, we do not. We do not ask for personal or business financial statements at all. We also do not require you to furnish a business plan and financial projections. All we need is the completed 1-page application form and a copy of the 12 months business bank statements. It is as easy as that! 12. Do you check my personal finances? We are primarily interested in your business and its cash flow. Personal credit is not a factor in our decision making process. However, we do review your personal and business credit reports, not for your credit score, but to identify current judgments, open bankruptcies or other critical factors. 13. How long are repayment terms? We offer terms anywhere from 3 months to 1 year but generally structure the transactions with a six-month term.
