INTRODUCTION

PESIT PREMIUM HOSTEL

A premium hostel for the stu dents of PESIT UNIVERSITY. De signed in the existing PES cam pus with response to context.

RIRA APARTMENT

The challenge was to remodel an old and heavy apartment for a young and fun loving couple. The design focused on making the spaces open, flexible, dynamic and light.

SHETTY APARTMENT

Renovating an existing apartment and remodelling it into a home that can host parties as well as has universal ac cess. The design is modelled after the Mexican and Spanish architecture.

FARMHOUSE RESIDENCE

A farmhouse modelled after traditional courtyard house. The client was particular about mak ing the house easy to clean and without any level differences. These requirements prooved to be an interesting challenge for the design.

DIWAKAR’S APARTMENT

30 X 50 RESIDENCE

30 x 50 residence is THOTA’s first in a long line of villas that combine luxury and green. Though the design was made unique the finish was neutral to cater to a wide range of sellers.

THOTA OFFICE

THOTA in Kannada means garden. To mimic the studio’s ideals indoor plants were the focal of the work space. The design is flexible and dynamic with informal spaces.
