Black Heritage Month Booklet Office of Diversity Programs and Services of George Mason University needed a creative approach to promoting their events and programs to college students. Ignite Design Studio proposed and produced a booklet full for each Heritage Month to hand out to their students. The booklet format was a new approach for ODPS. In the past the advertising stratgey was by word of mouth, emails, and the ODPS website but this did not reach bring the students a physical media that they could bring around with them throughout the day. This was a project worked on under a strict budget. Ignite was able to work under this budget with ODPS and was able to produce a booklet that attracts the student body of George Mason University.

design schedule
Ignite is always focused on making sure your deadline is met. We understand that time is an essence when it comes to bringing quality customer service to our clients as well as producing projects that bring you much success. To better organize and manage that area with you, we have created milestones specific to your project. 1-2 Weeks The first couple weeks of the project is crucial to the success of what we produce for you. After receiving an approval from you, whether by email or phone, we immediately schedule a second meeting with you. In this meeting (phone conference, video conference, or by meeting in our office) we will go into further details about your visions and expectations. You be able to meet with our lead designer, lead animator, and developer who will be overseeing your project. Our leaders will immediately bring you initial comps within the next 2 weeks that you will be able to review and give input via email or phone. 2-3 Weeks After reviewing your input and edits, our leaders will make sure your revisions have been applied and that your expectations for the project have been met. You will have a final review of the product in which you will be able to apply final edits before it is finalized. 3 Weeks after the Approval This is the most exciting time for us as much as it is for you as our client. We are on production and delivery stage where our hard work is finally released to you. This is always a great event for Ignite Design Studio and for you, our client. Follow-Up Ignite will follow-up with you and your company to make sure we have successfully met your goals for this project. Ignite will make sure you receive the design files and any other resources you may need from us.
