“From being a self learned artist at a very young age, the passion and urge to create unique things has never ceased, emerging from designing creative greeting cards for my elder sister for her birthday to designing for people, I have enjoyed and felt content with the process and the smile that it brings on people’s face.
I am a keen learner, I like to be different and innovative with whatever I do, but at the same time I am cooperative, I like to listen to what people suggest.Whatever I do, do with dedication and apply my skills for quality end product.
It seems to me that, colours and geometry when used in accordance to the space, has a major influence on its aura and ambience, which reflects into my design.”

CONCEPT
- ART CAFE (Intention)
-A place to hold workshops sell art pieces and to hold live performances
-A place to provide exposure and provide an opportunity for young artist to explore.
-DESIGN

-The overlapping of different colours would create different shades
-While getting dark the neon rims of the acrylic sheets start to shine, emitting bright light and lighting the space around with the help of some surface lights too.
-The spaces are designed as such there can be workshop’s shows like stand up comedy, beatboxing, singing, dancing and alot more with adequate space provided for the audience, customers to groove and stand
- A wall provided for art pieces to be collaged and displayed for the viewers to like and make a purchase helping the artist to grow, promote and earn.

Project Intent
-To assist the advisory of social distancing, which is maintaining spatial physical separation to avoid contact between persons, the project aims at providing accommodation outside Greater Mumbai to decongest the existing land constrained city.
-The present pandemic caused by COVID 19 virus spread also presents an opportunity for planned urban expansion in areas that have existing access but noticeable pressure of piecemeal development.
-The house today is being adapted as a place to live and work The continuity of this way of living is yet uncertain but provides a moment for contemplation about the nature of architectural design Learning from the present that the world is facing in the pandemic situation, many seem to have adapted to the WFH lifestyle and some have decided to adopt this henceforth.
-Companies have started using the WFH with some employees with a mutual advantage The choice of employee’s residential location becomes secondary to the employer and office space reduction is also benefitting rental outgoings and such. On the other hand, employees need not stay in physical proximity of offices and hence save their monies from staying in high land price locations.
-Situated along the Mumbai Pune Expressway, the land is fairly level and a perfect rectangle accessed by a 24 m wide road from a front of 100 m and depth of 160 m in plan.

The Houses designed today will have to adapt with the changes that the new WFH system has bought in, which needs more private space than before but at the same time needs more socialising and community spaces lest the society would be turning into mere boxes piled up on eachother with no interaction amongst the people around,
-The current design of urban housing focuses more on giving individual spaces that the poeple require in times like the pandemic but simultaneously engaging them together by adding frequent pause points and socialising spaces in the units and the complex itself,
-Its a G+7 structure which focuses on creating a bio diversirty in and around the houses creating a change in atmosphere and to make the resident feel lively and more connected to the nature by giving a dedicated space for planting and greens,
-The units have a specialised space named as anonymous which lets the user modify as per their need that could be a workspace, kids area, library, studio etc. The units also have walls marked in grey that could be modified according to the needs of the user.
-Provides social amenities that users require as the physical activities have been restricted to a greater extent, people had to stop travelling as everything was operational via homes,
-There are passages that are connected to eachother on every floor, to keep people close and together also to provide space for physical activities like walking and cycling.
-The units are designed to superimpose eachother and create courtyard like spaces for the units below to make units look protuding and intruding when looked at in elevation,
-The units are planned as such that every resident gets a clear view of the central designed space which keeps an active communication and keeps the environment lively!

The trees are used as natural shading devices and we used just enough water to cool the air coming from the west without making the moist climate of Mumbai even more moist. Porosity The commercial and business block was designed to facilitate maximum airflow with stilts added to the west to improve it further, so does the hospitality/leisure/retail block's podium level have stilts to improve airflow further. Louvers As an elevation treatment, louvers and boxing are used to block sunlight on the south and west sides, as well as on the terraces, to reduce heat gain. Glazing To maximize daylight in the building while keeping most of the solar heat out, spectrally selective glazing is used. Heights In order to provide air flow on the top and bottom floors, the buildings' heights increase from west to east. Orientation There little to no built mass in the west, where the primary wind flows, which allows the wind to flow smoothly and reduces heat gain within structures.

RESEARCH QUESTIONS
1. What design factors boost positive and healing experiences in a healthcaree facility?
2. How do social, environmental, and economic aspects of sustainability help/affect users and helpers?
3. How can we develop a resilient healthcare facility for situations like emergence of infectious disease like Covid-19?
SCOPE
The focus is to design hospital with technical details like smooth circulation and access between different functional departments and to create design that copes with social issues like the stressful work environment of the staff, the anxiety of the patient, keeping track of the user groups and its smooth operation and circulation in-between spaces which will also depend on the frequency of its use.

Project Intent
-The society has always been evolving, this process needs consistent work in different fields and places.
-Public mobility is the one which helps people connect to places across the country. In India the public transportation sector indulges in transporting millions of people every day.
-All of this has to come to a pause due to current pandemic. On the other hand due to upsurge, the public mobility space has a vital role to play in today’s situation, as it is inevitable by human activity.
-In the current scenario, uncontrollable mobility at every square mile has given rise to increase in crowded spaces. The mobilty spaces are becoming the hotspots for transmission of diseases and hence caged people inside their homes.Since the crowd is not allowed at public spaces, How can these spaces transform?
How do we change the idea of public mobility?
We must be able to question oneself, in pursuit of liveable cities, towns and villages starting with the rudimentary that is the mobility spaces -We had to design a bus terminus to solve the issues pertaining to the pandemic situation we chose the option Urban area/tier 1 town as plug in bus terminus where it is connected to other modes of transport such as metros, railway station and airports, wherein the entry/exit points need to be relooked at.
